As we specialize in wedding planning, we encourage you to speak directly with your travel agent to discuss flight and accommodation requirements for both yourself and your guests. Cost for Wedding Services
The cost would depend on what you wanted. If your wedding involves the ceremony, cocktails and a reception, we really don’t know until we know more about the event. There is a tremendous difference in cost if it is a catered affair under a tent or if you choose to buyout a restaurant for the evening. A band will cost more than a D.J. A photographer for the evening along with a videographer will cost more than two hour photo coverage. Often as a couple finds out more, they want more! Our responsibility as your wedding planner is to keep you informed during the process and keep things within your pre defined budget. You are in control of the costs based on the selections you make.
Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reserving your date with the balance for all services due three weeks prior to your wedding. For larger affairs, a 25% deposit is required once you have selected the professional vendors who will be working on your wedding.
Payment is accepted in U.S. dollars or equivalent. You can also settle your account by Cashiers Cheque/Draft or through an International Money Transfer.
